Our team offers a mix of frontline medical experience as a lead physician in a community paediatric clinic and business experience. As clinic owners, we have faced multiple challenges throughout the last 5 years. We have tried to seek for help during our startup phase as well as to optimize our operations early on. Given that we have now gained significant experience in starting and operating a medical practice combined with multiple other business ventures, we thought it would be a great idea to offer those services.
